Quote & Payment Terms

Quotes

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

• Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if project requirements, site conditions, or material costs change.

• Any variations requested after acceptance of the quote may incur additional charges.

  
  

Deposits

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work commences. Deposit amounts will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.

Payments

• Payment terms will be specified on your invoice.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed works unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.

  
  

Site Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property. Delays caused by restricted access, hidden services, or unforeseen site conditions may affect project timeframes and costs.

Project Timeframes

Estimated completion dates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to weather, supplier delays, site conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.
